Specific booths for exhibition in the lobby of the conference venue are assigned based on a first-come, first-served basis.

For a one table booth one accompanying employee is included in the exhibition booth fee. Two employees are included in the two table booth fee. Please use the registration form at [click here] (available by April 1, 2019) for providing us the details of the accompanying employees, indicating under "comments" that this person belongs to your exhibition booth.
