ProRiMa - Business Process Risk Management
This is a joint research project with Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Dr. mont. Eva-Maria Kern, MBA (Knowledge Management and Business Process Design). The goal is to develop a comprehensive concept for business process-oriented risk management. The focus is on the development of targeted industry-specific reference approaches, which are supposed to support companies in the conception and implementation of a customized risk management system. The sectors considered include public administration such as the Federal Armed Forces, financial service providers, logistics service providers as well as machinery and plant engineering.
