Christoph Wußmann M.Sc.
Christoph Wussmann completed his bachelor’s degree in governance and public policy at the University of Passau. He completed his master’s degree in economics at Christian Albrecht University of Kiel and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim in 2012. He gained practical experience as an intern at the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Cairo and as a student assistant with the National Committee for Global Change Research at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy.
His ensuing professional career includes work as a research associate at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and Universität der Bundeswehr München, as an advisor of GIZ in South Africa, and as a public-sector employee of the Free State of Bavaria.
His research interests include data-driven conflict research, international trade, and environmental, resource and development economics.
He has been working as a research associate at the Center for Crisis Early Warning (CCEW) at University of the Bundeswehr Munich since December 2020.
