Learning objectives: Formulate and explain basic control engineering tasks, name the basic terms and tools for describing and analyzing dynamic systems, list different methods for testing the stability of a system and reproduce and explain different methods of controller design for linear systems. You will also learn how to formulate a suitable dynamic model for a technical system, analyze and evaluate linear systems in various forms of description, determine the stability of a system and independently design a controller according to specified criteria.
