Michael Fröhlich M.Sc.
Michael Fröhlich wants to investigate Blockchain powered systems through the lens of HCI research in an effort to identify critical usability issues arising from the underlying technology and ways how to mitigate them.
Ultimately, through his research, he wants to move the needle towards more usable Blockchain interfaces by answering the following questions.
- How are Blockchain systems used in practice?
- Which usability issues commonly arise and how do users deal with them?
- How can we design better interaction concepts with Blockchain systems?
- With which use cases should different Blockchain technologies by used and when not?

Short Bio
Michael Fröhlich has an M.Sc and a B.Sc in computer science achieved at the TUM, Munich. He also achieved an honors degree in technology management at the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM), Munich.
In addition, he has further experiences as a software developer for web and iOS applications.
