From Saturday, 21st April to Thursday, 26th April 2018 our group visited Montreal, Canada to attend CHI18 and present our work.

The Usable Security and Privacy group had the opportunity to introduce a student intern to research in the field of human-machine interaction. During his one-week internship in October 2021, Lucas gained insights into the daily routine of the scientific staff and was also able to realize his own small projects.

Internship Luis Internship Luis

During a one-week school internship, Luis was able to gain insights into the research of the Usable Security and Privacy group. He also developed a working software and hardware prototype.

Introducing the xReality Framework Introducing the xReality Framework

Together with Philipp Rauschnabel, Reto Felix, Chris Hinsch and Hamza Shahab we published a framework on XR in the journal “Computers in Human Behavior”, which introduces a revised view on XR.

Our group contributes this year 6 full papers and various late breaking works, workshop papers and demonstrations to the ACM CHI Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems.
