Professor Dr. Thomas Pany (Satellite Navigation) has successfully applied for funding from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy for the “Innovations of the Galileo GNSS System (Galileo Fusion)” research project.

The European satellite navigation system Galileo is nearing completion. We are working hard to press ahead with new developments to ensure we remain competitive with other GNSS. The purpose of this project is to assess new proposals and introduce own ideas and concepts.

All findings will be processed and prepared for the European working groups where they will serve as contributions to relevant discussions.
