New Publication: Approaching the Monolayer Limit of Carbon Layers by Pyrolysis of Polymer Films

We are pleased to announce our latest research on ultrathin pyrolyzed polymer films (PPF), demonstrating wafer-scale, catalyst-free carbon layers down to the monolayer limit. The study combines structural, electrical, and gas-sensing investigations and highlights the scalability and lithographic compatibility of PPF-based devices.
