New paper regarding micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS)

Our new article "Impact of Strain in Free-Standing PtSe2 in Scalable 2D
MEMS" was recently published open-access in the journal Advanced Materials.

The paper reports a fabrication route for free-standing, as-grown 2D material channels of PtSe2 which avoids mechanical film transfer. We contributed Finite Element simulations to investigate the influence of the polycrystallinity of the material on its optical and electrical behavior.
