Special calculation methods

Fluid and structural dynamic calculation methods are used to analyze the causal chain of structural loading and structural behavior of damaged structures. These methods allow for the realistic and detailed simulation of the temporal development of loading and reaction processes. This includes the recording of shock wave processes, severe deformations up to failure, and post-failure behavior. Simplified calculation methods for determining the load-bearing capacity and designing components under dynamic loading were also discussed.
