Innovation, Intra- und Entrepreneurship WOW B.Sc. (Supplementary Studies I - 3425)
General information about the course:
As part of the Supplementary Studies I (3425), our chairoffers the course “Innovation, Intra- and Entrepreneurship,” which can be selected each spring trimester. The assessment consists of a portfolio examination completed as group work. Students are required to complete three oral components (group presentations on entrepreneurship methods) and three written components (team-based five-page papers). A joint grade is awarded for all components, and the course accounts for 5 ECTS credits.
Content:
The module provides theoretical foundations and practical methods in innovation, entrepreneurship, and intrapreneurship. Working in teams, students develop their own project — from problem identification through idea generation and prototyping to a final presentation before a jury. The course fosters entrepreneurial thinking, creative problem-solving, and teamwork, supported by coaching throughout the entire “entrepreneurial journey.” The focus lies on application-oriented learning within each student’s disciplinary context.
