From the confidentiality agreement through contract draft and contract negotiations to tax law
The contract management team will be happy to support and advise you on all legal issues related to research projects and other research collaborations. This concerns in particular the constitution of the cooperation agreements, secrecy agreements, etc. We also accompany and conduct contract negotiations with the various partners from industry and research.
