Teach-the-Teacher Program

We empower lecturers with forward-looking competencies so they can effectively support their students and foster a lasting entrepreneurial mindset. Together, we shape the education of tomorrow—innovative, practice-oriented, and future-focused.

Our new training program is designed to specifically prepare researchers for their role as entrepreneurship instructors at UniBw. Through hands-on training sessions, interactive workshops, and exchanges with experienced founders, participants gain the essential skills and tools needed to guide students in developing their entrepreneurial competencies.

The program focuses on methods for idea generation, business modelling, and cultivating an innovation-driven mindset. In this way, we create an inspiring teaching environment that sustainably strengthens the entrepreneurial spirit at UniBw M.

Who Can Participate?

Lecturers must have a valid contract with UniBw that authorizes them to teach courses.

Prior knowledge in entrepreneurship and innovation is not required, though it can be beneficial.

The Program

The program consists of three modules:

Module 1 – 29 October 2025:
Online meeting with trainers and participants to assess the needs of the lecturers and jointly define which goals should ideally be achieved with the students.

Module 2 – 20–21 November 2025:
Two-day training covering hands-on tools and methods that lecturers can apply in their teaching. The training is designed to be interactive and engaging—participants experience the methods from the learners’ perspective and practice their application.

Module 3 – 4 December 2025:
Online exchange session, ideally after participants have conducted their own course, to reflect on experiences and discuss results and opportunities for improvement.
