Univ.-Prof. Dr. jur. Mario Martini

Mario Martini has been Professor of Public Law and Digitization at the Faculty of Economics and Organizational Sciences at the University of the Bundeswehr Munich since October 2024, as well as Head of the research area “Digital Transformation in the Rule of Law” at the German Research Institute for Public Administration. In addition to general aspects of constitutional, public, and European law, his research focuses on all issues related to digitalization in government and society, particularly digital security, artificial intelligence, data law and data protection, and technology regulation.
