Registration now open! Online workshop on analyses using PLS-SEM in October 2021

9 Juli 2021

Together with colleagues, Christian Nitzl offers an online workshop on conducting state-of-the-art mediation, facilitation, and conditional mediation analyses using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) on October 27, 2021. You can already register for the online workshop at the following link: https://www.pls2020.org/prelude-events/prelude-3/.

The analysis of mediation processes is at the center of answering many research questions. It goes beyond looking at direct effects alone, which often involves oversimplification in mapping observations. Mediation analysis informs the researcher and practitioner whether an intervening construct enhances or impedes the relationship between an independent construct and a dependent construct. Conditional mediation analysis integrates mediation and moderation analyses to examine how mediation effects vary as a function of context, limitations, or individual differences.
