Marco Binetti Ph.D.
Marco Nicola Binetti studied economics, public administration, and the management of international institutions as well as business and management at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Italy.
During his studies, he worked with the Italian think tank Action Institute as an editor and as an assistant to the director. After completing his master’s degree, he worked as an intern for the delegation of the European Commission in Milan and then for the Institute for Indian Mother and Child (IIMC) in Calcutta.
He is currently working on his doctorate at the University of Essex, where he is studying coup strategies and resource allocation and reconstruction after conflicts.
He has been working as a research associate at the Center for Crisis Early Warning (CCEW) at University of the Bundeswehr Munich since February 2021.
