Daniel Mittermaier M.A.

Daniel Mittermaier studied politics and public administration at the University of Constance. He spent one year of his master’s degree program at the University of Gothenburg, where he specialized in international administration and conflict management.

After his studies, he worked as an intern at GIZ, a service provider in the field of international cooperation. He initially worked in Sudan and afterwards in the Sector Project Peace and Security; Catastrophe Management, which provides technical advice to the section of the same name at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.

He has been working as a research associate at the Center for Crisis Early Warning (CCEW) at University of the Bundeswehr Munich since April 2021.
