M.P.P. Dominik Allen

Dominik Allen is currently completing a double master's degree in Data Science (M.Sc.) and Public Policy (M.A.) at the Hertie School in Berlin. His academic research interest is in the intersection of conflict and economics, with a specialized focus on leveraging quantitative techniques to uncover patterns and improve predictive modeling.
Prior to his master’s studies, he served as an Officer in the U.S. Army, where he held multiple leadership roles in parachute, long-range reconnaissance, and armored units across the U.S. and Europe.
He has been working as a research associate at the Center for Crisis Early Warning (CCEW) at University of the Bundeswehr Munich since February 2026.
