Participation in IEEE ITSC 2025

We had two talks at the workshops of ITSC 2025:

  • Prof. Bassam Alrifaee was invited as a speaker at the workshop DriveX. His talk was titled “Infrastructure-Assisted Perception and Foundation Models in Cooperative Autonomous Driving.”
  • Jianye Xu was invited as a speaker at the workshop Automated Mobility in Mixed Traffic. His talk was titled “Reinforcement Learning and Control Barrier Functions for Connected and Automated Vehicles.”

We also had two papers accepted at ITSC 2025:

  • Integrated Wheel Sensor Communication Using ESP32: A Contribution Towards a Digital Twin of the Road System (arXiv)
  • A Real-Time Control Barrier Function-Based Safety Filter for Motion Planning with Arbitrary Road Boundary Constraints (arXiv, nominated for the Best Paper Award)
