Professor Messer teaches People and Business Analytics in the Management and Media and Human Resources Management programs. Courses offered include statistics, human resources controlling and people analytics, data visualization, and business analytics with R.
Research
In research, Prof. Messer is currently looking at how organizations can use data analytics and technology - such as machine learning and wearables - to become more productive and make better decisions.
