Abstract

Observables of type horizontal and vertical directions, distances, astronomical longitude and latitude, azimuths are used to compute Cartesian coordinates of network points at various observational epoche in a geocentric-equatorial reference frame which is holonomic in spacetime. Coordinate differences are used to compute the displacement vector and its functionals of type local translation, local rotation and local deformation with respect to a tetrahedron finite element. Numerical results from different threedimensional networks are presented.
