Using measured raw phase data, different models can be taken for point positioning and long base line relative positioning.

Especially investigated are observation equations of the following type: instantaneous carrier phase (or carrier beat phase), single difference, double difference, triple difference and delta single differences. A consistent model of these observation equations is given. Some numerical examples supplement the formulae.
