Courses in Organizational Behavior
The Chair for Organizational Behavior provides courses covering the curriculum for "Organizational Psychology" and the basic course "Methods of empirical research".
Our Curriculum is grounded in a systemic paradigm concerning human behavior in the context of profit and non-profit organizations. I.e. we thrive to cover the social-, behavioral and organizational building blocks of modern Management Science.
