This INFOSECUR website has been designed as a reference archive for the members of the Permanent Monitoring Panel on "The Future of Cyber Security" of the World Federation of Scientists, an organization active in the framework of ICSC – International Centre for Scientific Culture - World Laboratory. However, it is also made available to the ICT community at large in order to assist in heigthening sensibility for the emerging threats to the functioning of information and communication systems from cybercrime, cyberterrorism and cyberwar, and to foment dialogue among those engaged in combatting cyber insecurity.
